About SIASTE

State Institute of Advanced Studies in Teacher Education established in 2013 as an innovative four-year integrated programme affiliated to M.D University Rohtak, Haryana and its courses are recognized by the NCTE, New Delhi. SIASTE is an educational initiative taken by Government of Haryana ,well-known country’s first of its kind School of Teacher Education offering an integrated experience of teacher training for excellence ,pedagogy and content delivery.Enriched with multi-lingual and multicultural academic milieu, Prarambh has a robust representation of students from more them 18 states of India there by making it a microcosm of the country. The school aims to bridge the gap between theory and practical classes right from the initial exposure to the pragmatic teaching learning process of the would-be- teachers. The Department of School Education, Government of Haryana, is making persistent and compelling efforts to consolidate and enliven this ambitious project and transform the quality of education in the state.
